Colin Mahoney is senior vice president, International and Service Solutions for Rockwell Collins. Additionally, he is an executive officer of Rockwell Collins. In this role, which he was appointed to in February 2013, Mahoney is responsible for leading the company's international team in developing and achieving strategic and tactical business objectives, as well as managing the company’s global network of service centers providing repair and overhaul of avionics for commercial, business and military aircraft worldwide.


Previously, Mahoney was vice president of Commercial Systems Sales, Marketing and Customer Support for Rockwell Collins. He led the sales, marketing and support teams to ensure Rockwell Collins’ leading position with airline and business aviation customers globally. His main goals included building solid customer relationships, developing new business strategies and continuing the highest level of customer support that customers have enjoyed from Rockwell Collins over their long history in the industry.


Mahoney has been with the company since 1987 holding growing positions of authority in Rockwell Collins Services and Business & Regional Systems. Before his tenure in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Mahoney’s earlier career was spent at the company’s UK and Singapore facilities in various business development and maintenance operations functions. During these assignments Mahoney had functions covering Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific respectively.


Mahoney graduated from The University of Iowa with a Masters of Business Administration.
